I enjoy taking photographs. My camera is with me most of the time when I go out. It makes me a better observer. It keeps me busy so I don't get bored. I'm not constrained by any specific theme. I take pictures of anything that interest and move me. It could be events, things, objects, trees, animals, and people on the street or in museums, abandoned buildings, or the scenery where I happen to be passing.

I'm interested in photographing social, cultural and political issues. I'm interested in photographing the sad realities as well as the joys of life. I'm interested in abstracts and angles, shadows and light, beauty and decay, densities and spaces, parts and whole. The camera sees things I don't originally see. Some images tell stories and create different feelings for me; these visual diaries become windows or reminders when memories fail. To viewers, the photographs may evoke different stories and emotions from mine, and to me that is just fine. For recorded reality can be ugly or beautiful, and perceived in different realities and interpretations.
